We love this planet and have a vision of a like-minded community that protects, grows and sustains the environment in its truest form. NAMAHA is an initiative to build such an eco-oriented community - a set of like-minded people coming together to take collective responsibility and efforts towards our planet.
NAMAHA brings together people who work towards creating sustainable community forests, farming and creating natural living spaces where flora, fauna and man thrive in an orchestrated symphony.

What is a collective?
a collective is a group of individuals coming together to co-own and develop the land in a sustainable, eco-positive manner. The advantage of our model lies in the fact that you co-own the entire landscape, which makes it available for sustainable farming methods and gives you access to all parts of the estate making it a truly delightful, vast expanse. In a collective, only the housing cluster is demarcated for individual ownership.
-
Can I be part of the collective without owning a piece of land?
We have options for all requirements. With our options, you can own a share of the land or just subscribe to the collective, under the club model which will allow you to be a guest at the collective for limited periods of stay every year
-
How is the ownership of the produce divided in collective farming?
All the produce from the collective will be equally shared between the owners of the collective. The product will be marketed and the proceeds will be shared with the collective owners.
-
Will I own a house or only the land?
Under the collective model, we will give you a unit of land in the housing cluster with an architect designed house. Under this model, 90% of the share of your land will be a part of the collective and 10% will be allocated for your home in the misty hills of Ooty.
